We both would like to say how impressed we have been with the service provided.
Rob was very informative and ready to answer our question on his visit and subsequent emails.
Carole was helpful when Ann rang to say the boiler had finally conked out and you helped with arranging the new fit.
Jamie’s pipe work in our boiler cupboard is just amazing. He has completely transformed what was a complete and utter horlicks and along with Callum made the whole thing neat and tidy. They are a credit to themselves and also to AJS.
Simon came today to flush and do whatever else needed to do and again was helpful informative and explained everything we need to know.
So all in all you can see we are extremely happy!

AJS were prompt in responding to our request to quote for an air source heat pump system, we also asked them about fitting retro underfloor heating. They had great knowledge of the system and were able to answer any questions we had. They provided a quotation for a Mitsubishi Ecodan with retro underfloor and talked us through the full room by room design to re-assure us in our decision. Once we agreed their quotation we had a date in a very reasonable time frame. When they arrived, full carpet and floor protection was laid down straight away, all mess was cleaned up at the end of each day to a high standard. Great installers that made us as comfortable as possible throughout the installation process and explaining the system to us after it was installed. Would highly recommend.

All work was carried out in a COVID safe manner but still within the time quoted.

We recently moved and the combi-boiler in our new house needed a service. We also had no hot water unless the heating was on. I contacted AJS and the lady I spoke with (who was very polite, friendly and professional) offered me a date for an engineer to come out. Rob had already worked out what the problem with the hot water might be and had ordered the part to be ready to fit, saving another appointment to be needed. Mark came to the house and carried out both the servicing and replacement part. He was very courteous and professional, taking the time to check everything was working properly before he left. Today I had a slight issue with boiler pressure - Carole in the office again came to my rescue and managed to slot in a call with Mark. I cannot thank AJS enough for their support and workmanship. Life is difficult enough just now but when you can rely on professionals such as Carole, Mark and Rob to continue to maintain an excellent service it certainly does make a difference. I would recommend them and will certainly be using them again.

A few years ago we had AJS replace our oil fire heating system with a gas fired system. This work was completed very efficiently without any hold ups.
More recently the system failed to heat the house.I phoned the office and left a message. Shortly afterwards I had a reply, and after a short discussion it was arranged that a engineer would visit in the afternoon. The engineer arrived and fitted the new part without any fuss.
I have been very pleased with their customer service support they have provided. It is important to have confidence that any problems which occur can be resolved efficiently.

We had our bathroom redesigned and replaced by AJS.
Rob came out to quote very quickly and gave us lots of ideas and advice.
We had an old bathroom, with a separate room for the toilet, therefore the wall needed knocking down to create one room.
A gentleman by the name of Richard completed the entire job (apart from the electrics). Richard was very hard working and reliable. His time keeping was impeccable and he completed the work to a very high standard. He kept me informed at all times. We were so very pleased with the end job. From start to finish everyone who was involved, whether this was the workmen or the ladies in the office, were very friendly, efficient and professional.
I would definitely use AJS again and would highly recommend.

I’ve been trying to get a Plumber since before Christmas to fit my new kitchen tap!
I contacted one Plumber before Christmas and he said he’d do the job, but contact him in the New Year. After two phone calls and no response, I gave up.
I’ve also been told extortionate prices by other Plumbers, that even I know they’re well overpriced.
On having my Gas Boiler serviced by my regular man on Wednesday 22nd January, he kindly mentioned AJS to me. I rang them that morning and due to having a cancellation, they were round the next day !! A gleaming white AJS Van pulled up and was even a few minutes early. Mark came with his Daughter who was on work experience. They were both polite, friendly and easy to talk to.
Within half an hour my new tap was fitted. Mark even checked my dripping outside tap and fixed that with the turn of a screw in less that two minutes without extra charge ! and also took a few notes and measurements on my en-suite Shower as I’m thinking of upgrading it. My invoice was emailed a few hours later and I paid straight away. I can’t recommend AJS high enough. I just wish I’d found them sooner.

I have recently contracted your company to install a new Vaillant boiler at our bungalow. Any previous dealings with plumbing companies had been somewhat unsatisfactory. AJS were called when a pressure problem within our boiler had led to a pipe splitting. Another local company were called first, who charged a ridiculous price to assess the problem and I just couldn’t trust them to fix the boiler for anything less than a small fortune. I replaced the pipe myself, but the pressure was still wrong.
AJS are completely professional, honest and serviced the boiler fully for less than the previous company charged for simply looking at the problem!
We will be using only them from now on. Great service.

A J S have just removed a bath and replaced it with a new walk in shower there were a few technical issues with the installation but top plumber Simon took it in his stride and produced a great finish. He also fitted a water softener in the garage, the pipe work was a work of Art. He then replaced a damaged sink in the Kitchen and made a really nice job of it. From initial call out to my clanking elderly boiler (which they then managed to keep going for several weeks while I made up my mind which replacement system to opt for), to the superb advice and service they gave in specifying and delivering the new boiler, they have been exemplary.
